This means one must not transgress against and take advantage  of a brother or sister in this manner, because the Lord is an avenger of all these offences, as we also previously told and warned you.


For he who said, Do not commit adultery,  also said, Do not murder.   , So if you do not commit adultery, but you murder, you are a lawbreaker.
