Psalm 111

¹ Aleph Praise Yah! I thank יהוה with all my heart, Bĕt In the company of the straight, and of the congregation.

² Gimel Great are the works of יהוה, Dalet Searched for by all who delight in them.

³ Hĕ Splendour and greatness are His work, Waw And His righteousness stands forever.

⁴ Zayin He has made His wonders to be remembered; Ḥet יהוה shows favour and is compassionate.

⁵ Tet He has given food to those who fear Him; Yod He remembers His covenant forever.

⁶ Kaph He has shown His people the power of His works, Lamed To give to them the inheritance of the nations.

⁷ Mem The works of His hands are truth and right-ruling, Nun All His orders are trustworthy,

⁸ Sameḵ They are upheld forever and ever, Ayin Performed in truth and straightness.

⁹ Pĕ He sent redemption to His people, Tsadi He has commanded His covenant forever. Qoph Set-apart and awesome is His Name.

¹⁰ Rĕsh The fear of יהוה is the beginning of wisdom, Shin All those doing them have a good understanding. Taw His praise is standing forever.
