Neither shalt thou take of their daughters a wife for thy son: lest after they themselves have committed fornication, they make thy sons also to commit fornication with their gods.


For your hands are defiled with blood and your fingers with iniquity: your lips have spoken lies and your tongue uttereth iniquity.


And I said to their children in the wilderness: Walk not in the statutes of your fathers and observe not their judgments, nor be ye defiled with their idols.


And there you shall remember your ways and all your wicked doings with which you have been defiled: and you shall be displeased with yourselves in your own sight for all your wicked deeds which you committed.


And thou shalt shew her all her abominations and shalt say: Thus saith the Lord God: This is the city that sheddeth blood in the midst of her, that her time may come: and that hath made idols against herself, to defile herself.


Son of man, when the house of Israel dwelt in their own land, they defiled it with their ways, and with their doings: their way was before me like the uncleanness of a menstruous woman.


Rejoice not, O Israel: rejoice not as the nations do: for thou hast committed fornication against thy God, thou hast loved a reward upon every cornfloor.


And they shall no more sacrifice their victims to devils, with whom they have committed fornication. It shall be an ordinance for ever to them and to their posterity.


That when they shall see them, they may remember all the commandments of the Lord, and not follow their own thoughts and eyes going astray after divers things.
