And the servants of the princes of the provinces went out first. And Benadad sent. And they told him, saying: There are men come out of Samaria.


And the king of Syria had commanded the two and thirty captains of the chariots, saying: You shall not fight against any, small or great, but against the king of Israel only.


Wine is a luxurious thing, and drunkenness riotous: whosoever is delighted therewith shell not be wise.


Woe to you that are mighty to drink wine, and stout men at drunkenness:


Behold, an inhabitant shall come: who was not with me: he that was a stranger to thee before shall be joined to thee.


Fornication, and wine, and drunkenness take away the understanding.


Wherefore now they shall go captive at the head of them that go into captivity: and the faction of the luxurious ones shall be taken away.
