Therefore, see to it that you fulfill the ceremonies and judgments, which I am placing in your sight this day."


When you will have entered into the land which the Lord your God will give to you, and you possess it, and you live in it, and you say, 'I will appoint a king over me, just as all the surrounding nations have done,'


"Listen, O Israel: You shall cross over the Jordan today, in order to possess nations, very great and stronger than yourself, cities vast and walled even to the sky,


'Prepare your food supplies. For after the third day, you shall cross the Jordan, and you shall enter so as to possess the land, which the Lord your God will give to you.' "


Indeed, not so much as one word that he had promised to provide for them was left empty; instead, everything was fulfilled.
