Why have you detracted the words of truth, whereas there is none of you that can reprove me?


By the fruit of his own mouth shall a man be filled with good things, and according to the works of his hands it shall be repaid him.


Grief in the heart of a man shall bring him low, but with a good word he shall be made glad.


Designs are brought to nothing where there is no counsel: but where there are many counsellors, they are established.


Just lips are the delight of kings: he that speaketh right things shall be loved.


Well ordered words are as a honeycomb: sweet to the soul, and health to the bones.


He shall kiss the lips, who answereth right words.


All things have their season, and in their times all things pass under heaven.


The Lord hath given me a learned tongue, that I should know how to uphold by word him that is weary. He wakeneth in the morning: in the morning he wakeneth my ear, that I may hear him as a master.


And the two disciples heard him speak, and they followed Jesus.


She, as soon as she heard this, riseth quickly, and cometh to him.


Let no evil speech proceed from your mouth; but that which is good, to the edification of faith, that it may administer grace to the hearers.
