Now there was a great cry of the people, and of their wives against their brethren the Jews.
Moreover I built in the work of the wall; and I bought no land; and all my servants were gathered together to the work.
I commanded Hanani my brother, and Hananias ruler of the house of Jerusalem, (for he seemed as a sincere man, and one that feared God above the rest)
No one shall press upon his brother: they shall walk every one in his path: yea, and they shall fall through the windows, and shall take no harm.
