For what is a man profited if he gains the whole world, but forfeits his soul? Or what will a man give as an exchange for his soul?


and that repentance and forgiveness of sins should be preached in His name to all nations, beginning at Jerusalem.


And hearing these things, they remained silent, and they glorified God, saying, "Then God has also granted even to the Gentiles repentance unto life."


"Men, brothers, sons of the race of Abraham, and those among you who fear God, to you the message of this salvation has been sent.


solemnly bearing witness to both Jews and to Greeks, the repentance toward God and faith toward our Lord Jesus.


but to those first in Damascus and in Jerusalem, and throughout all the region of Judea, and to the Gentiles, proclaiming that they must repent and turn to God, and do works worthy of repentance.


And it came to pass after three days that Paul called together those who were prominent among the Jews; and when they had come together, he said to them: "Men, brothers, though I have done nothing against the people or the customs of our forefathers, yet I was handed over as a prisoner from Jerusalem, into the hands of the Romans,


"Therefore let it be known to you that the salvation of God has been sent to the Gentiles, and they will hear it!"


To you first, God, having raised up His Servant Jesus, sent Him to bless you, in turning away every one of you from your iniquities."


For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ, for it is the power of God unto salvation to everyone that believes, both to the Jew first and to the Greek.


For there is no difference between Jew and Greek, for the same Lord of all is rich to all who call upon Him.


but glory, honor, and peace to everyone that works good, both to the Jew first and to the Greek.


Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or danger, or sword?


even us whom He called, not only of the Jews, but also of the Gentiles?


There is neither Jew nor Greek, neither slave nor free, there is neither male nor female; for you are all one in Christ Jesus.


where there is not Greek nor Jew, circumcised nor uncircumcised, barbarian, Scythian, slave nor free, but Christ is all and in all.


since it is a righteous thing with God to repay with affliction those who afflict you,


For the time has come for judgment to begin at the house of God; and if it begins with us first, what will be the end of those who are disobedient to the gospel of God?
