2 God has not cast away His people whom He foreknew. Or do you not know what the Scripture says in Elijah, how he pleads with God against Israel, saying,

saying to Aaron, 'Make for us gods who will go before us; as for this Moses who led us out of the land of Egypt, we do not know what has happened to him.'


Do you not know that to whom you present yourselves as obedient slaves, you are slaves to whom you obey, whether of sin resulting in death, or of obedience resulting in righteousness?


and so that He might make known the riches of His glory on the vessels of mercy, which He had prepared beforehand for glory,


But it is not as though the word of God has failed. For not all those of Israel are of Israel,


Do you not know that the saints will judge the world? And if the world will be judged by you, are you unworthy to judge the smallest matters?


But if anyone loves God, this one has been known by Him.


But if I am to live on in the flesh, this to me will mean fruit from my labor; and what I shall choose I do not know.


God, who in various ways and in many ways spoke in time past to the fathers by the prophets,


according to the foreknowledge of God the Father, in sanctification of the Spirit, for obedience and sprinkling of the blood of Jesus Christ: Grace to you and peace be multiplied.
