23 Mga Krus na Reperensya  

This man came for a testimony, so that he might testify concerning the Light, so that all through him might believe.


The crowd answered Him, "We heard from the law that the Christ abides forever; and so how do You say, 'The Son of Man must be lifted up'? Who is this Son of Man?"


that the word of Jesus might be fulfilled which He said, signifying by what sort of death He was about to die.


And bearing His cross, He went out to a place called the Place of a Skull, which is called in Hebrew, Golgotha,


And just as Moses lifted up the serpent in the wilderness, even so must the Son of Man be lifted up,


No one can come to Me unless the Father who sent Me should draw him; and I will raise him up at the last day.


Therefore Jesus said to them, "When you lift up the Son of Man, then you will know that I AM, and from Myself I do nothing; but just as My Father taught Me, these things I speak.


Christ has redeemed us from the curse of the law, having become a curse for us, for it is written, "Cursed is everyone who hangs on a tree,"


who gave Himself a ransom for all, the testimony in due time;


But we see Jesus, who was made a little lower than the angels, through the suffering of death, having been crowned with glory and honor, so that by the grace of God, He might taste death for everyone.


who Himself bore our sins in His body on the tree, in order that having died to sins, we might live unto righteousness--by whose stripes you were healed.


For Christ also suffered once to atone for sins, the just for the unjust, that He might bring you to God, being put to death in the flesh, but made alive by the Spirit,


And He Himself is the propitiation for our sins, and not only concerning ours, but also concerning those of the whole world.


And they sang a new song, saying: "You are worthy to take the scroll, and to open its seals; because You were slain, and You redeemed us to God by Your blood, out of every tribe and language and people and nation;
