9 not according to the covenant which I made with their fathers, in the day when I took their hand to lead them out of the land of Egypt. Because they did not persevere in My covenant, and I disregarded them, says the LORD.

And now behold, the hand of the Lord is upon you, and you shall be blind, not seeing the sun for a season." And immediately a mistiness and darkness fell upon him, and going about, he sought someone to lead him by the hand.


He led them out, and did wonders and signs in the land of Egypt, and at the Red Sea, and in the wilderness forty years.


And Saul arose from the ground, and although his eyes were open, he saw no one; and leading him by the hand, they brought him into Damascus.


which things are symbolic. For these are two covenants: one in fact from Mount Sinai, bearing children into slavery, which is Hagar--
