Inasmuch as we have heard that some went out from among us and troubled you with words, unsettling your souls, saying, 'that you must be circumcised and keep the law'--to whom we gave no such command--


Paul desired this Timothy to go forth with him, and taking him, he circumcised him because of the Jews who were in those places, for they all knew that his father was Greek.


I had no rest in my spirit, because I did not find Titus my brother; but saying farewell to them, I departed for Macedonia.


Then after fourteen years I went up again to Jerusalem with Barnabas, also taking Titus along.


For Demas has forsaken me, having loved this present world, and traveled to Thessalonica--Crescens to Galatia, Titus to Dalmatia.


To Titus, a genuine child according to our common faith: Grace, mercy, and peace from God the Father and the Lord Jesus Christ our Savior.
