1 Corinthians 14:7
7 Mga Krus na Reperensya

and say, 'We played the flute for you, and you did not dance; We mourned to you, and you did not lament.'

They are like children sitting in the marketplace and calling to one another, saying: 'We played the flute for you, and you did not dance; we mourned for you, and you did not weep.'

Though I speak with the tongues of men and of angels, but have not love, I have become as sounding brass or a clashing cymbal.

But now, brothers, if I come to you speaking in tongues, what shall I profit you unless I speak to you either in a revelation, or in knowledge, or in a prophesy, or in doctrine?

For if the trumpet gives an indistinct sound, who will prepare for battle?
