And these signs shall accompany those who have believed: In My name they shall cast out demons; they shall speak with new tongues;


But if your brother is grieved on account of your food, you are no longer walking according to love. Do not destroy with your food the one on behalf of whom Christ died.


to another the working of miracles, and to another prophecy, and to another discerning of spirits, and to another different kinds of tongues, and to another interpretation of tongues.


And if the ear should say, "Because I am not an eye, I am not of the body," is it therefore not of the body?


For to one is given a word of wisdom through the Spirit, to another a word of knowledge according to the same Spirit,


Love never fails. But whether there are prophecies, they shall pass away; whether there are tongues, they shall cease; whether there is knowledge, it shall pass away.


For he who speaks in an unknown tongue speaks not to men, but to God, for no one understands him; however, in the spirit he speaks mysteries.


He who speaks in an unknown tongue edifies himself, but he who prophesies edifies the church.


Now I wish you all spoke in tongues, but even more that you should prophesy; for he who prophesies is greater than he who speaks in tongues, unless he interprets, so that the church may receive edification.


Now concerning the things offered to idols, we know that we all have knowledge. Knowledge puffs up, but love edifies.

But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, kindness, goodness, faithfulness,


For in Christ Jesus neither circumcision nor uncircumcision means anything, but faith working through love.


Now the goal of the commandment is love out of a pure heart, from a good conscience, and from sincere faith,


And above all things have fervent love for one another, because "love will cover a multitude of sins."


For when they speak haughty words of emptiness, they entice through the lusts of the flesh, through lewdness, those who are escaping from those who are living in error,


And I heard a voice from heaven, like the voice of many waters, and like the voice of loud thunder. And the voice which I heard was as of harpists playing on their harps.
