They slaughtered the passover lamb on the fourteenth day of the second month. The priests and the Levites were ashamed, and they sanctified themselves and brought burnt offerings into the house of the Lord.


For the king and his officials and all the assembly in Jerusalem had taken counsel to keep the passover in the second month


Josiah kept a passover to the Lord in Jerusalem; they slaughtered the passover lamb on the fourteenth day of the first month.


The Lord said to Moses and Aaron in the land of Egypt:


In the first month, on the fourteenth day of the month, at twilight, there shall be a passover offering to the Lord,


Let the Israelites keep the passover at its appointed time.


So Moses told the Israelites that they should keep the passover.


for then he would have had to suffer again and again since the foundation of the world. But as it is, he has appeared once for all at the end of the age to remove sin by the sacrifice of himself.
