then you will delight yourself in the Almighty, and lift up your face to God.


Will they take delight in the Almighty? Will they call upon God at all times?


For he has said, ‘It profits one nothing to take delight in God.’


May my meditation be pleasing to him, for I rejoice in the Lord.


He fulfills the desire of all who fear him; he also hears their cry, and saves them.


Then I will go to the altar of God, to God my exceeding joy; and I will praise you with the harp, O God, my God.


What the wicked dread will come upon them, but the desire of the righteous will be granted.


As an apple tree among the trees of the wood, so is my beloved among young men. With great delight I sat in his shadow, and his fruit was sweet to my taste.


then you shall take delight in the Lord, and I will make you ride upon the heights of the earth; I will feed you with the heritage of your ancestor Jacob, for the mouth of the Lord has spoken.
