Take delight in the Lord, and he will give you the desires of your heart.


My eyes have seen the downfall of my enemies; my ears have heard the doom of my evil assailants.


Consequently he is able for all time to save those who approach God through him, since he always lives to make intercession for them.


Hannah prayed and said, “My heart exults in the Lord; my strength is exalted in my God. My mouth derides my enemies, because I rejoice in my victory.
