You meet those who gladly do right, those who remember you in your ways. But you were angry, and we sinned; because you hid yourself we transgressed.


And those in the boat worshiped him, saying, “Truly you are the Son of God.”


and to be greeted with respect in the marketplaces, and to have people call them rabbi.


Then Jesus said to them, “Do not be afraid; go and tell my brothers to go to Galilee; there they will see me.”


When they saw him, they worshiped him; but some doubted.


So they left the tomb quickly with fear and great joy, and ran to tell his disciples.


And he came to her and said, “Greetings, favored one! The Lord is with you.”


And they worshiped him, and returned to Jerusalem with great joy;


She stood behind him at his feet, weeping, and began to bathe his feet with her tears and to dry them with her hair. Then she continued kissing his feet and anointing them with the ointment.


Mary took a pound of costly perfume made of pure nard, anointed Jesus' feet, and wiped them with her hair. The house was filled with the fragrance of the perfume.


When it was evening on that day, the first day of the week, and the doors of the house where the disciples had met were locked for fear of the Jews, Jesus came and stood among them and said, “Peace be with you.”


Thomas answered him, “My Lord and my God!”


Finally, brothers and sisters, farewell. Put things in order, listen to my appeal, agree with one another, live in peace; and the God of love and peace will be with you.


I will make those of the synagogue of Satan who say that they are Jews and are not, but are lying—I will make them come and bow down before your feet, and they will learn that I have loved you.
