Matthew 21:4
9 Mga Krus na Reperensya

Rejoice greatly, O daughter Zion! Shout aloud, O daughter Jerusalem! Lo, your king comes to you; triumphant and victorious is he, humble and riding on a donkey, on a colt, the foal of a donkey.

All this took place to fulfill what had been spoken by the Lord through the prophet:

If anyone says anything to you, just say this, ‘The Lord needs them.’ And he will send them immediately. ”

But all this has taken place, so that the scriptures of the prophets may be fulfilled.” Then all the disciples deserted him and fled.

Then they brought the colt to Jesus and threw their cloaks on it; and he sat on it.

Then they brought it to Jesus; and after throwing their cloaks on the colt, they set Jesus on it.

The next day the great crowd that had come to the festival heard that Jesus was coming to Jerusalem.

“Do not be afraid, daughter of Zion. Look, your king is coming, sitting on a donkey's colt!”
