When an attendant of the man of God rose early in the morning and went out, an army with horses and chariots was all around the city. His servant said, “Alas, master! What shall we do?”


Rise up, O Lord! Deliver me, O my God! For you strike all my enemies on the cheek; you break the teeth of the wicked.


He said, “Come.” So Peter got out of the boat, started walking on the water, and came toward Jesus.


Jesus immediately reached out his hand and caught him, saying to him, “You of little faith, why did you doubt?”


Keep awake and pray that you may not come into the time of trial; the spirit indeed is willing, but the flesh is weak.”
