As a man was being buried, a marauding band was seen and the man was thrown into the grave of Elisha; as soon as the man touched the bones of Elisha, he came to life and stood on his feet.


and begged him that they might touch even the fringe of his cloak; and all who touched it were healed.


She had endured much under many physicians, and had spent all that she had; and she was no better, but rather grew worse.


for she said, “If I but touch his clothes, I will be made well.”


And wherever he went, into villages or cities or farms, they laid the sick in the marketplaces, and begged him that they might touch even the fringe of his cloak; and all who touched it were healed.


so that when the handkerchiefs or aprons that had touched his skin were brought to the sick, their diseases left them, and the evil spirits came out of them.
