Therefore I tell you, the kingdom of God will be taken away from you and given to a people that produces the fruits of the kingdom.


Then he said to his slaves, ‘The wedding is ready, but those invited were not worthy.


Then the master said to the slave, ‘Go out into the roads and lanes, and compel people to come in, so that my house may be filled.


Now large crowds were traveling with him; and he turned and said to them,


And this is the judgment, that the light has come into the world, and people loved darkness rather than light because their deeds were evil.


Whoever believes in the Son has eternal life; whoever disobeys the Son will not see life, but must endure God's wrath.


Again he said to them, “I am going away, and you will search for me, but you will die in your sin. Where I am going, you cannot come.”


I told you that you would die in your sins, for you will die in your sins unless you believe that I am he.”


Then both Paul and Barnabas spoke out boldly, saying, “It was necessary that the word of God should be spoken first to you. Since you reject it and judge yourselves to be unworthy of eternal life, we are now turning to the Gentiles.
