Luke 11:35
17 Mga Krus na Reperensya

Sometimes there is a way that seems to be right, but in the end it is the way to death.

Do you see persons wise in their own eyes? There is more hope for fools than for them.

“The eye is the lamp of the body. So, if your eye is healthy, your whole body will be full of light;

Your eye is the lamp of your body. If your eye is healthy, your whole body is full of light; but if it is not healthy, your body is full of darkness.

If then your whole body is full of light, with no part of it in darkness, it will be as full of light as when a lamp gives you light with its rays.”

Claiming to be wise, they became fools;

For anyone who lacks these things is nearsighted and blind, and is forgetful of the cleansing of past sins.

For they speak bombastic nonsense, and with licentious desires of the flesh they entice people who have just escaped from those who live in error.

For you say, ‘I am rich, I have prospered, and I need nothing.’ You do not realize that you are wretched, pitiable, poor, blind, and naked.
