The clever see danger and hide; but the simple go on, and suffer for it.


“See, I am sending you out like sheep into the midst of wolves; so be wise as serpents and innocent as doves.


Is today the first time that I have inquired of God for him? By no means! Do not let the king impute anything to his servant or to any member of my father's house; for your servant has known nothing of all this, much or little.”


As soon as you enter the town, you will find him, before he goes up to the shrine to eat. For the people will not eat until he comes, since he must bless the sacrifice; afterward those eat who are invited. Now go up, for you will meet him immediately.”
