Now when evening came, His disciples came to Him, saying, "The place is deserted, and the hour is already late. Dismiss the crowds, that they may go to the villages and buy food for themselves."


And Jesus went about all of Galilee, teaching in their synagogues, preaching the gospel of the kingdom, and healing every disease and every illness among the people.


But seeing the crowds, He was moved with compassion for them, because they were harassed and prostrated, like sheep having no shepherd.


And when He came out, Jesus saw a large crowd, and He had compassion on them, because they were like sheep not having a shepherd. So He began to teach them many things.


And often it threw him both into the fire and into the waters so that it may destroy him. But if You are able to do anything, help us and have compassion on us."


And as He drew near, seeing the city, He wept over it,


When the Lord saw her, He had compassion on her and said to her, "Do not weep."
