Thus every good tree produces good fruit, but a rotten tree produces evil fruit.
A good man out of the good treasure of his heart brings forth that which is good; and an evil man out of the evil treasure of his heart brings forth that which is evil. For out of the abundance of the heart his mouth speaks.
Let no corrupt word proceed from your mouth, but only what is good for edification, that it may give grace to them that hear.
Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly in all wisdom, teaching and admonishing one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with grace in your hearts to the Lord.
Let your word always be with grace, having been seasoned with salt, to know how you ought to answer each one.
