Now from the sixth hour until the ninth hour, darkness came upon all the land.


And about the ninth hour Jesus cried out with a loud voice, saying, "Eli, Eli, lima sabachthani?" that is, "My God, My God, why have You forsaken Me?"


Now it was the third hour, and they crucified Him.


Some of those standing by when they heard, said, "Look, He is calling Elijah."


Now it was about the sixth hour, and darkness came upon the whole land until the ninth hour.


And Jesus, calling out with a loud voice, said, "Father, 'into Your hands I will commit My spirit.' " And after He said these things, He expired.
