"I know that you are Abraham's descendants, but you seek to kill Me, because My word finds no place in you.


But now you seek to kill Me, a Man who has spoken to you the truth which I heard from God. Abraham did not do this.


Therefore they picked up stones to throw at Him; but Jesus hid Himself and went out of the temple, having gone through their midst, and so passed by.


Therefore Jesus also, so that He might sanctify the people through His own blood, suffered outside the gate.
