"For it is as if a man leaving on a journey, who called his own servants and handed over his possessions to them.


Therefore He said: "A certain nobleman went into a far country to receive for himself a kingdom and to return.


Now at vintage-time he sent a servant to the farmers, that they might give him some of the fruit of the vineyard. But the farmers flogged him and sent him away empty-handed.


And Jesus said to them, "Neither will I tell you by what authority I do these things."
