Blessed are those servants whom the master, when he comes, will find watching. Assuredly I say to you, that he will gird himself and have them recline to eat, and he will come and serve them.

Watch therefore, for you do not know in what hour your Lord is coming.


and you yourselves be like men who wait for their master, when he will return from the wedding celebration, so that when he comes and knocks, immediately they may open to him.


Blessed is that servant whom his master will find so doing when he comes.


But will he not say to him, 'Prepare something that I may dine, and gird yourself and serve me until I eat and drink, and afterward you will eat and drink'?


Watch therefore, praying always that you may be counted worthy to escape everything that is about to happen, and to stand before the Son of Man."


For who is greater, he who sits at the table, or he who serves? Is it not he who sits at the table? Yet I am among you as the One who serves.


And if anyone serve Me, let him follow Me; and where I am, there My servant shall be also. If anyone serve Me, him My Father will honor.


But as it is written: "Eye has not seen, nor ear heard, nor have entered into the heart of man, the things which God has prepared for those who love Him."


For to me, to live is Christ, and to die is gain.


For I am hard pressed by the two, having a desire to depart and to be with Christ, which is far better.


For in this way the entrance will be supplied to you richly into the eternal kingdom of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.


Therefore, beloved, looking forward to these things, be diligent to be found by Him in peace, without spot or blemish;


And I heard a voice out of heaven saying, "Write: 'Blessed are the dead who die in the Lord from now on,' "Yes," says the Spirit, "that they may rest from their labors, and their works follow with them."


Behold, I am coming like a thief. Blessed is he who watches, and guards his garments, lest he should walk naked and they should see his shame."


He that overcomes, I will grant to him to sit with Me on My throne, as I also overcame and sat down with My Father on His throne.


because the Lamb who is in the midst of the throne shepherds them, and He leads them to the springs of the waters of life. And God will wipe away every tear from their eyes."
