But when Jesus knew it, He withdrew from there. And great crowds followed Him, and He healed them all.
And great crowds were gathered together to Him, so that He got into the boat and sat; and the crowd stood on the shore.
And coming out, Jesus saw a large crowd, and He was moved with compassion towards them, and healed their sick.
When He had come down from the mountain, great crowds followed Him.
But he went out and began to proclaim it freely, and to spread widely the report, so that He was no longer able to enter into a city, but was outside in deserted places; and they were coming to Him from everywhere.
But the multitudes saw them going, and many recognized Him, and ran together there on foot from all the cities, and preceded them, and they came together to Him.
Therefore the chief priests and the Pharisees gathered a council and said, "What are we doing? For this Man works many signs.
On account of this the crowd also met Him, because they heard that He had done this sign.
But even though He had done so many signs in their presence, they did not believe in Him,
This beginning of the signs Jesus did in Cana of Galilee, and manifested His glory; and His disciples believed in Him.
Now when He was in Jerusalem at the Passover, at the feast, many believed on His name, beholding the signs which He was doing.
And truly Jesus did many other signs in the presence of His disciples, which are not written in this book;
This man came to Him by night and said to Him, "Rabbi, we know that You have come from God as a teacher; for no one can do these signs that You do unless God is with him."
Then those men, when they had seen the sign that Jesus did, said, "This is truly the Prophet who is to come into the world."
On the next day, when the crowd which had remained on the other side of the sea, having seen that there was no other boat there, except that one in which His disciples had entered, and that Jesus had not entered into the boat with His disciples, but His disciples had gone away alone--
Jesus answered them and said, "Most assuredly I say to you, you seek Me, not because you saw the signs, but because you ate from the loaves and were satisfied.
Therefore they said to Him, "What sign will You do then, so that we may see it and believe You? What work do You perform?
