And the Lord said, "Simon, Simon! Behold, Satan has asked for you, that he may sift you as wheat.


For He knew who would betray Him; therefore He said, "You are not all clean."


He rose from the supper and laid aside His garments, and having taken a towel, He girded Himself.


But Peter said, "Ananias, why has Satan filled your heart for you to lie to the Holy Spirit, and for you to keep back for yourself from the price of the land?


But thanks be to God who puts the same earnest care for you in the heart of Titus.


among whom also we all once conducted ourselves in the lusts of our flesh, fulfilling the desires of the flesh and of the senses, and were by nature children of wrath, as also the rest.


For God has put it into their hearts to fulfill His purpose, to be of one mind, and to give their kingdom to the Beast, until the words of God are fulfilled.
