I do not speak concerning all of you. I know those whom I chose; but that the Scripture may be fulfilled, 'He who eats bread with Me has lifted up his heel against Me.'


Simon Peter said to Him, "Lord, not my feet only, but also my hands and my head!"


You are already clean because of the word which I have spoken to you.


Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; the old things passed away; behold, all things have become new.


For He made Him who knew no sin to be sin for us, so that we might become the righteousness of God in Him.


Therefore, having these promises, beloved, let us cleanse ourselves from all filthiness of the flesh and spirit, perfecting holiness in the fear of God.


Now may the God of peace Himself sanctify you completely; and may your whole spirit, soul, and body be kept blameless at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ.
