And they were expecting him to be about to swell up or suddenly fall down dead. But after they had waited for a long time and observed nothing unusual happening to him, they changed their minds and said that he was a god.


but to those who are called, both Jews and Greeks, Christ the power of God and the wisdom of God.


For you bear with fools gladly, being wise yourselves!


that we may no longer be infants, being tossed as by waves, and being carried about by every wind of doctrine, by the trickery of men, by craftiness in regard to deceitful scheming,


And many will follow after their debaucheries, because of whom the way of truth will be blasphemed.


And one of his heads was as if it had been slain to death, and his wound of death was healed. And the whole world marveled after the Beast.
