When Jesus heard that, He said to them, "Those who are healthy have no need of a physician, but those who are ill.


For indeed he was sick, and near death; but God showed mercy on him, and not only on him but on me also, lest I should have sorrow upon sorrow.


Let each of you look out not only for his own concerns, but also for the concerns of others.


We are obligated to give thanks to God always for you, brothers, and rightfully so, because your faith grows exceedingly, and the love of every one of you all increases towards one another,


But we are obligated to give thanks to God always for you, brothers beloved by the Lord, because God chose you from the beginning for salvation, through sanctification of the Spirit and belief in the truth,


But above all, my brothers, do not swear, neither by heaven nor the earth, nor any other oath. But let your "Yes," be "Yes," and your "No," "No," so that you may not fall into hypocrisy.


And above all things have fervent love for one another, because "love will cover a multitude of sins."


but grow in grace and in the knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. To Him be the glory both now and forever. Amen.
