2 Peter 3:1
15 Mga Krus na Reperensya

Blessed are the pure in heart, for they shall see God.

I have previously said, and I say beforehand, as being present the second time, and now being absent I write to those who have sinned before, and to all the rest, that if I come again I will not spare you,

Lay hands on no one hastily, nor share in the sins of others; keep yourself pure.

For which cause I remind you to stir up the gift of God which is in you through the laying on of my hands.

But we are persuaded concerning you, beloved, of better things and those pertaining to salvation, even though we speak in this manner.

Since you have purified your souls by obedience to the truth through the Spirit in sincere love for the brothers, love one another fervently from a pure heart,

Beloved, I implore you as sojourners and pilgrims, to abstain from the lusts of the flesh which war against the soul;

Therefore, beloved, looking forward to these things, be diligent to be found by Him in peace, without spot or blemish;

You therefore, beloved, knowing this beforehand, be on guard, lest you also fall from your own steadfastness, being carried away by the error of the wicked;

But in this let it not escape your notice, beloved, that one day with the Lord is as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day.

But I want to remind you, though you once knew this, that the Lord, having saved the people out of the land of Egypt, afterward destroyed those who did not believe.
