Na, as lang as tha bridegruim ïs wi thaim, the' cannae fast! 20 But tha day wull cum, whaniver tha bridegruim wull be tuk awa frae thaim, an cum that day, the'll keep a fast. 21 Eftèr aa, ye wudnae shew a bït o new claith, that haesnae bin shrunk, on tae an oul cóat. If ye dae, tha patch wull teer awa tha sides o tha hole, an mak ït waur. 22 Nether wud ye pit new wine ïntae oul wineskïns. Fer ïf ye dae, tha skïns wull brust, an tha wine'll be skailt. An baith tha wine an tha skïns wull be ruint.
