But tae tell ye tha truith, ït's fer yer ain guid that A'm gaun awa. Fer less A gang awa, tha halie Guide wull no cum til yis; but ïf A gang, A wull senn hïm tae ye.
Jesus gien hir tha answer, “If ye haed onlie but knowed whut God haes tae gie, an wha's axin ye fer tha drïnk, ye wud hae axt hïm, an he wud hae gien ye tha leevin wattèr.”
But oniebodie that taks a drïnk o tha wattèr that A gie hïm wull niver hae a druith agane. Deed, ay, tha wattèr A gie hïm wull be a wattèr spoot, wallin up tae ayelastin life.”
Then Jesus toul thaim, “A'm tellin ye tha truith, tha Sinn can dae naethin on hïs ain, but onlie whut he sees hïs Faither dae; fer whutiver tha Faither daes, tha Sinn daes tae.
