Dawuda ban saya-tolon kɛla, a ya Mari manyinika. A ko, “N ni ta sigi soe do kun na wo rɔ Yuda nyamanɛ rɔ, wa?” Mari ko, “Ɔn!” Dawuda ko, “Soe nyamintan ye wo la?” Mari ko, “Hiburɔn soe.”
Mansa Dawuda ya Mari manyinika tun anu kɛlɛ-koe rɔ. Mari ko, “I kana anu kɛlɛ dabira yan bara la de! Bɔ anu kɔma kilɛ la pɔpɔ kɔlɔma siyamɛnu bi kan min. I ni anu kɛlɛ dabira nyɔ.
Wo le ya a ma, Mansa Ehabu ya ala nɛbi mɔgɔ kɛmɛ nani nyɔgɔn sufa kele ka wonu manyinika, a ko, “N ni ta Ramɔti kɛnu kɛlɛ, ka, n ka ta?” Nɛbi wonu ko, “Ta anu kɛlɛ. Mari si a ma, i ni nɔ-ko sɔrɔn anu ma.”
Mansa Dawuda tara Filisitinu nɔ kan tinɛ do rɔ anu nara to min kelela ko, “Mari Tugura Anu Kun Na.” Mansa Dawuda ya a fɔ ko, “Alla ara tugu n yogenu kun na iko yi wa fa, wo ye tugula a rɔ nya min.” Woletɔ anu ya kan tinɛ wo tɔgɔ sa “Mari Tugura Anu Kun Na.”
Mansa Dawuda ya Alla manyinika tun anu kɛlɛ koe rɔ. Alla ko, “I kana anu kɛlɛ dabira yan bara la de! Bɔ anu kɔma kilɛ la pɔpɔ kɔlɔma-siyamɛnu bi kan min. I ni anu kɛlɛ dabira nyɔ.
Dawuda ya Mari manyinika, a ko, “N ni mɔgɛ kɛnu sagaran, ba? N si anu nasɔrɔn?” Mari ya a fɔ a ye ko, “Ta, i si ke anu tɔ. Anu bara ila mɔgɛ minnu bɛɛsi bira, wo si wonu kunka.”
