Men of perverse mind are an abomination to the Lord, but those of blameless ways are his delight.


for the perverse man is an abomination to the Lord, but the upright are in his confidence.


The fear of the Lord is hatred of evil. Pride and arrogance and the way of evil and perverted speech I hate.


I, Paul, myself entreat you, by the meekness and gentleness of Christ—I who am humble when face to face with you, but bold to you when I am away! —


But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness,


to speak evil of no one, to avoid quarreling, to be gentle, and to show perfect courtesy toward all men.


But the wisdom from above is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, open to reason, full of mercy and good fruits, without uncertainty or insincerity.
