and for þære menigu his unrihtes he ne geðencð þæt God hit mæg gewrecan. For þam he ne deð God beforan his modes ansyne,


For ðon he fæstlice ­ ­ ­ ­ ­forð locade of his þam hean ­ ­ ­ ­ ­halgan setle; Drihten geseah of heofenum ­ ­ ­ ­ ­her on eorðan.


Drihten ys on his halgan temple, se Drihten se, þæs setl ys on heofenum. His egan lociað on his earman þearfan; his bræwas (þæt ys, his rihta dom) ahsað manna bearn.


Þæt byð secga gehwam ­ ­ ­ ­ ­snytru on frymðe, þæt he godes egesan ­ ­ ­ ­ ­gleawe healde, and þæt byð andgit good ­ ­ ­ ­ ­eallum swylce þe hine wyllað well ­ ­ ­ ­ ­wyrcean and healdan. Herenes Drihtnes ­ ­ ­ ­ ­her sceal wunian, on worulda woruld ­ ­ ­ ­ ­wynnum standan.
