However you are just in all that has come on us; for you have dealt truly, but we have done wickedly.


He sings before men, and says, ‘I have sinned, and perverted that which was right, and it didn’t profit me.


God, your righteousness also reaches to the heavens. You have done great things. God, who is like you?


“Y’all listen to me, those who follow after righteousness, and who seek YHWH. Look to the rock from which y’all were cut from, and to the quarry from which y’all were dug.


Lift up y’all’s eyes to the heavens, and look at the earth beneath; for the heavens will vanish away like smoke, and the earth will wear out like a garment. Its inhabitants will die in the same way, but my salvation will be forever, and my righteousness will not be abolished.


For the moth will eat them up like a garment, and the worm will eat them like wool; but my righteousness will be forever, and my salvation to all generations.”


YHWH says: “Y’all are to maintain justice and do what is right, for my salvation is near and my righteousness will soon be revealed.


I will declare your righteousness; and as for your works, they will not benefit you.


For we have all become like one who is unclean, and all our righteousness is like a polluted garment. We all fade like a leaf; and our iniquities, like the wind, take us away.


It is because of YHWH’s lovingkindnesses that we are not consumed, because his mercies don’t fail.


“Seventy weeks are decreed on your people and on your holy city, to finish disobedience, to make an end of sins, to make reconciliation for iniquity, to bring in everlasting righteousness, to seal up vision and prophecy, and to anoint the most holy.


I also walked in opposition to them and brought them into the land of their enemies, but if their uncircumcised heart is humbled, and they then accept the punishment of their iniquity,


But wanting to justify himself, he asked Jesus, “And who is my neighbor?”


Jesus said to them, “Y’all are the ones who justify yourselves* in the sight of humans, but God knows y’all’s hearts. For what is highly esteemed by humans is detestable in the sight of God.


For in it is revealed God’s righteousness from faith to faith. As it is written, “But the righteous will live by faith.”


For I testify about them that they have zeal for God, but not in accordance with knowledge.


Isaiah is very bold and says, “I was found by those who didn’t seek me. I revealed myself to those who didn’t ask for me.”


What then? What Israel seeks for, it didn’t obtain, but the elect obtained it, and the rest were hardened.


The righteousness of God is through faith in Jesus Christ to all who believe. There is no distinction,


to demonstrate ʜɪꜱ righteousness at this present time, so that ʜᴇ might be just and the justifier of the one who has faith in Jesus.


Just as many were made sinners through the one human’s disobedience, so many will also be made righteous through the obedience of the one.


For ʜᴇ made him who did not know sin to be sin for us, so that in him we might become the righteousness of God.


Righteousness will be ours if we are careful to do all these commandments before YHWH our God, as ʜᴇ has commanded us.”
