Twelve lions stood there on the one side and on the other on the six steps. Nothing like it was made in any kingdom.


There were six steps to the throne, with a footstool of gold, which were fastened to the throne, and armrests on either side by the place of the seat, and two lions standing beside the armrests.

But Jesus turned toward them and said, “Daughters of Jerusalem, y’all must not weep for me, but weep for yourselves and for y’all’s children.

Everyone was crying and mourning for her, but he said, “Y’all stop crying. She is not dead, but is asleep.”


They asked her, “Woman, why are you weeping?” She said to them, “Because they have taken away my Lord, and I don’t know where they have put him.”

Then I wept much, because no one was found worthy to open the scroll or to look in it.


I saw that the Lamb opened one of the seven seals, and I heard one of the four living creatures say with a voice of thunder, “Come!”


One of the elders asked me, “These who are dressed in the white robes, who are they, and where did they come from?”
