If ʜᴇ puts no trust in ʜɪꜱ holy ones. and if the heavens are not clean in ʜɪꜱ sight;


For ʜᴇ looks to the ends of the earth, and sees under the whole sky.


If ʜᴇ puts no trust in ʜɪꜱ servants, if ʜᴇ charges ʜɪꜱ angels with error,


YHWH is in ʜɪꜱ holy temple. YHWH is on ʜɪꜱ throne in heaven. Hɪꜱ eyes observe. Hɪꜱ eyelids squint to examine the children of humankind.


For though YHWH is high, yet ʜᴇ looks after the lowly; but ʜᴇ knows the proud from afar.


From the place of ʜɪꜱ habitation ʜᴇ looks out on all the inhabitants of the earth,


For the high and lofty One who inhabits eternity, whose name is Holy, says: “I dwell in the high and holy place, with him also who is of a contrite and humble spirit, to revive the spirit of the humble, and to revive the heart of the contrite.


Above him stood the seraphim. Each one had six wings. With two he covered his face. With two he covered his feet. With two he flew.


For my hand has made all these things, and so all these things came to be,” says YHWH: “but I will look to this person, to the one who is poor and of a contrite spirit, and who trembles at my word.
