All we like sheep have gone astray. Everyone has turned to his own way; and YHWH has laid on him the iniquity of us all.


He is to slaughter it on the north side of the altar before YHWH. Aaron’s sons, the priests, will splash its blood around on the altar.


He must lay his hand on the head of the burnt offering, and it will be accepted on his behalf to make atonement for him.


He is to slaughter the bull before YHWH. Aaron’s sons, the priests, are to present the blood and sprinkle the blood around on the altar that is at the door of the Tent of Meeting.


He is to lay his hand on its head, and kill it before the Tent of Meeting; and the sons of Aaron will sprinkle its blood around on the altar.


The elders of the congregation are to lay their hands on the head of the bull before YHWH; and the bull will be killed before YHWH.


He is to lay his hand on the head of the goat, and kill it in the place where they kill the burnt offering before YHWH. It is a sin offering.


He is to bring the bull to the door of the Tent of Meeting before YHWH, and he is to lay his hand on the head of the bull, and kill the bull before YHWH.

which is that God was reconciling the world to ʜɪᴍꜱᴇʟꜰ in Christ, not counting people’s sins against them. Hᴇ has committed to us the message of reconciliation.

In him we have boldness and confidence to approach God through our faith in him.


“He himself bore our sins” in his body on the tree, that we might die to sin and live to righteousness. “By his wounds, y’all were healed.”
