It is not good to eat much honey, nor is it honorable to seek one’s own honor.


Moses said to him, “Are you jealous for my sake? I wish that all YHWH’s people were prophets, that YHWH would put his Spirit on them!”


This, then, is how y’all should pray: “‘Our Father in heaven, hallowed be your name.


But when Jesus heard it, he said, “This sickness is not to death, but for the glory of God, that the Son of God may be glorified by it.”


Father, glorify your name!” Then a voice came out of the sky, saying, “I have glorified it, and I will glorify it again.”

Jesus answered, “If I glorify myself, my glory is nothing. My Father, of whom y’all say, ‘Hᴇ is our God,’ glorifies me.


nor did we seek glory from humans, not from y’all or anyone else, even though as apostles of Christ we could have asserted our authority.


If anyone speaks, let it be with the words of God. If anyone serves, let it be from the strength which God supplies, so that in all things God may be glorified through Jesus Christ, to whom belong the glory and the dominion forever and ever. Amen.


If y’all know that he is righteous, y’all know that everyone who practices righteousness has been born of him.
