They will not hunger or thirst; neither will the heat nor sun strike them, for ʜᴇ who has mercy on them will lead them. Hᴇ will guide them by springs of water.


“Hey, all y’all who thirst, come to the waters! Come, y’all who have no money! Buy and eat! Yes, y’all come and buy wine and milk without money and without price.


and YHWH will guide you continually, satisfy your soul in dry places, and make your bones strong. You will be like a watered garden, and like a spring of water whose waters don’t fail.


“For my people have committed two evils: they have forsaken me, the spring of living waters, and cut out cisterns for themselves: broken cisterns that can’t hold water.


For I have satiated the weary soul, and I have replenished every sorrowful soul.”


It will happen that every living creature which swarms, in every place where the rivers come, will live. Then there will be a very great multitude of fish; for these waters have come there, and the waters of the sea will be healed, and everything will live wherever the river comes.


Nevertheless a spring or a cistern in which water is gathered will be clean, but that which touches their carcass will be unclean.


They will go away into eternal punishment, but the righteous into eternal life.”


Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness, for they will be satisfied.


The thief only comes to steal, kill, and destroy. I came that they may have life, and may have it abundantly.


Whoever lives and believes in me will never die. Do you believe this?”


Jesus answered her, “If you knew the gift of God, and who it is who says to you, ‘Give me a drink,’ you would have asked him, and he would have given you living water.”


The woman said to him, “Sir, you have nothing to draw with, and the well is deep. So where do you get this living water?


Jesus answered her, “Everyone who drinks of this water will thirst again,


The one who reaps receives wages and gathers fruit for eternal life, so that both the one who sows and the one who reaps may rejoice together.


Y’all shouldn’t work for food that perishes, but for the food that endures toward eternal life, which the Son of Humanity will give y’all. For God the Father has sealed him.”


Jesus said to them, “I am the bread of life. Whoever comes to me will not be hungry, and whoever believes in me will never be thirsty.


This is the bread that came down from heaven—not as our ancestors ate the manna and died. The one who eats this bread will live forever.”


Now on the last and greatest day of the feast, Jesus stood and cried out, “If anyone is thirsty, let them come to me and drink!


so that just as sin reigned in death, so also grace might reign through righteousness to eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.


For the payment for sin is death, but the gracious gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.


put ʜɪꜱ seal on us, and gave us the Spirit in our hearts as a down payment.


Y’all must not grieve the Holy Spirit of God, in whom y’all were sealed for the day of redemption.


Since y’all have purified your* souls in obedience to the truth in sincere mutual affection, y’all should love one another fervently, from the heart,


We know that the Son of God has come and has given us an understanding so that we know ʜɪᴍ who is true. And we are in ʜɪᴍ who is true, in ʜɪꜱ Son Jesus Christ. He is the true God and eternal life.


‘They will be hungry no longer, they will be thirsty no longer. The sun will no longer beat on them, nor any burning heat.’


for the Lamb who is in the center of the throne will shepherd them and ‘lead them to springs of living waters.’ ‘And God will wipe away every tear from their eyes.’ ”
