YHWH looked down from heaven on the children of humanity, to see if there were any who understood, who seek after God.


A senseless man doesn’t know, neither does a fool understand this:


Y’all pay attention, you* senseless people! Fools! When will y’all be wise?


Let all who serve graven images be shamed, and those who boast in worthless idols. All y’all gods must worship ʜɪᴍ!


“Surely I am the most ignorant person, and don’t have human understanding.


“Those who trust in graven images, who tell molten images, ‘Y’all are our gods,’ will be turned back. They will be utterly disappointed.


Look, all his fellows will be disappointed; and the workmen are mere men. Let them all be gathered together. Let them stand up. They will fear. They will be put to shame together.


They will be disappointed, yes, confounded, all of them. Those who are makers of idols will go into confusion together.


I will declare your righteousness; and as for your works, they will not benefit you.


Like a scarecrow in a cucumber field, they cannot speak. They must be carried-carried, because they can’t walk. Y’all must not fear them; because they can’t do evil, nor can they do any good.”


But they are together brutish and foolish, instructed by idols made of wood.


They exchanged the truth of God for a lie and worshiped and served the creature rather than the Creator, who is blessed forever. Amen.


When they arose early on the following morning, there was Dagon fallen with his face to the ground before the ark of YHWH! The head of Dagon and both the palms of his hands were broken off on the threshold. Only Dagon’s torso was intact.
