Y’all must not leave any of it until the morning, but what remains of it in the morning y’all are to burn with fire.


“‘For seven days y’all are to eat unleavened bread. Indeed, on the first day y’all are to remove yeast from y’all’s houses, for whoever eats leavened bread from the first day until the seventh day, that life will be cut off from Israel.


Y’all are to care for it until the fourteenth day of the same month, and then the whole assembly of the congregation of Israel will slaughter it at twilight.


They must eat the meat in that night, roasted with fire, with unleavened bread. They must eat it with bitter herbs.


Unleavened bread must be eaten throughout the seven days; and no leavened bread may be seen with you. No yeast is to be seen with you, within all your borders.


“You must not offer the blood of my sacrifice with leavened bread. The fat of my feast must not remain all night until the morning.


“You must not offer the blood of my sacrifice with leavened bread. The sacrifice of the feast of the Passover must not be left to the morning.


Then he told them another parable. “The Empire of Heaven is like yeast which a woman took and hid in three measures of flour until all the dough had risen.”


You may not sacrifice the Passover within any of your gates which YHWH your God gives you;
