How often they rebelled against ʜɪᴍ in the wilderness, and grieved ʜɪᴍ in the desert!


My soul hates y’all’s New Moons and y’all’s appointed feasts. They have become a burden to me. I am weary of bearing them.


You have bought me no sweet cane with money, nor have you filled me with the fat of your sacrifices, but you have burdened me with your sins. You have wearied me with your iniquities.


He said, “Listen now, house of David. Is it not enough for y’all to try the patience of men, that y’all will try the patience of my God also?


“‘“Because you have not remembered the days of your youth, but have raged against me in all these things, I will surely will bring your way on your head,” says Lord YHWH: “and you must not commit this lewdness with all your abominations.


Then y’all’s survivors will remember me in the nations where they are exiled, how I was crushed by their lustful hearts that have departed from me, and with their eyes that lust after their idols. Then they will loathe themselves in their own sight for the evils they have committed in all their abominations.


Y’all have wearied YHWH with your* words. Yet y’all say, “How have we wearied him?” Because y’all say, “Everyone who does evil is good in eyes of YHWH, and ʜᴇ delights in them,” or “Where is the God of justice?”


and they brought their offering before YHWH, six covered wagons and twelve oxen; a wagon for every two of the leaders, and for each one an ox. They presented them before the tabernacle.
